1. What is beneFIT?

beneFIT is a social fitness application with a gamified concept based on rewards.  

Users can join an unlimited number of fun challenges, choose their health goals, receive content, join a social community and get rewarded! Users can access a variety of challenges in Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness to stay Active, Eat healthier and Feel well!

 

2. How to Subscribe to the beneFIT?

 

For United Arab Emirates users

 User can subscribe beneFIT by:

  • Go to the Profile Page inside beneFIT app
  • Click “PRO Membership” section
  • In the upgrade page, choose your operator (etisalat and or DU)
  • Scroll down and click “Upgrade to PRO Now!”
  • You will be automatically redirected to the operator’s page where you can complete purchasing the subscription, make sure you have AED 3.25 (VAT excluded)  for daily subscription and AED 12 (VAT excluded) for weekly subscription to receive the member activation link
  • When you receive the activation link, click and you will be redirected to download beneFIT app
  • If you receive a pop-up that says you are now a PRO member, congratulations! You have successfully become a PRO member in the app and can enjoy various benefits inside the app

 

For Saudi Arabia users

 User can subscribe beneFIT by:

  • Go to the Profile Page inside beneFIT app
  • Click “PRO Membership” section
  • In the upgrade page, choose your operator (STC, Mobily, Zain, or Virgin Mobile)
  • Scroll down and click “Upgrade to PRO Now!”
  • You will be automatically redirected to the operator’s page where you can complete purchasing the subscription, make sure you have enough credits (credits vary between 3 SAR to 14 SAR among each operator) to receive the member activation link
  • When you receive the activation link, click and you will be redirected to download  beneFIT app
  • If you receive a pop-up that says you are now a PRO member, congratulations! You have successfully become a PRO member in the app and can enjoy various benefits inside the app

 

3. How to play?

Users can have access to a variety of features on the beneFIT app:

 

3.1 STEP Coins

Users can track their daily steps, accumulate a virtual currency of STEP Coins, where users can then convert the Step Coins to trophies and use them for store redeems. Users need to open the app every day to validate their steps and earn Step coins. Details of STEP Coins earned per range of steps and cut-offs can be found in the app.

 

Users can increase their daily earnings by subscribing to the Step BOOST feature through play store billing, available for any mobile user in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. Subscribers to Step BOOST enjoy more earnings and can join PRO challenges and benefit from exclusive store rewards.

 

3.2 Health plans

beneFIT app offers a library of content and programs in Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness. users can get the support they need to adopt a healthier lifestyle with our easy-to-follow, daily content plans. Users can Join any of our programs at any time. 

 

3.3 What challenges users can join?

Every month, users can join a range of new challenges with the aim of achieving goals and being rewarded. Challenges come with different prize pools including trophy points, cash rewards, and vouchers from brands. Challenges have different goals (daily or weekly). 

 

For each daily or weekly goal completed, users earn trophy points, which can be redeemed in the store for various rewards.

 

Examples of challenges include:

  • Steps activity challenges:  Users need to reach a certain amount of steps for a fixed number of days, e.g. 5K steps a day.
  • Sleep Tracking Challenges: Users must achieve a specific number of sleep hours each day over a set period, such as 7 hours of sleep per day for 5 consecutive days.
  • Fitness challenges: such as cardio fun, running challenges, etc.
  • Nutrition challenges: such as weight loss, hydration and healthy eating challenges.
  • Wellness challenges: such as meditation, sleep better, gratitude attitude and self care.

 

Each challenge has a social community where coaches and participants can interact with each other. Coaches provide daily content related to the challenge theme, such as healthy recipes, fitness videos, mindfulness videos, motivational tips and more. Participants can share their progress to motivate and challenge each other.

 

3.4 How to earn trophy points?

Stay active, share your activity with the community and start collecting  bonus points. 

Here's the number of trophy points you can get by performing certain actions:

  • Add a profile photo : 5 points
  • Join a plan : 25 points
  • Join a challenge : 25 points
  • Daily goal/challenge goal: Consult the terms of each challenge, to see the daily/weekly trophy earnings.

 

3.5 Store rewards

Users can redeem their trophy points with rewards in the store, rewards include Shopping vouchers, Discount codes, Free e-books such as meal plans and recipes, etc. 

 

3.6 Invite Friends, Get Cash

Users will receive STEP coins 1500 for every friend they invite who joins beneFIT. More friends mean more cash! 

 

A successful invitation occurs when a new user downloads the beneFIT app using your link and creates an account with a new mobile number, email address, or Google profile. Remember, each successful invitation must come from a unique user who hasn't registered with beneFIT before.

 

4. Who is eligible for the Prizes? 

All Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates citizens who subscribe to the beneFIT app by agreeing to pay the subscription fees renewable on daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on the subscription package the user has opted in.

 

5. Claiming Challenges Rewards

The beneFIT app hosts challenges offering specific prizes distributed directly to winners. Additionally, participants can accumulate trophy points by achieving daily and weekly goals across all challenges. Detailed information on each challenge and its rewards can be found within the app's challenge descriptions. Below are the procedures for winners to claim their rewards:

 

5.1 Direct Reward Challenges: Challenges with designated prizes require winners to have their activities validated. beneFIT representatives will contact winners via email to detail the steps for prize collection.

 

5.2 Trophy Points Redemption: By completing daily or weekly goals, users earn trophy points redeemable for various rewards in the store. 

Shopping vouchers are emailed directly to winners upon redemption.

 

6. Who cannot participate in service and win prizes? 

All company employees who work with beneFIT, Judges, and members of the Regulatory Committee Authority.

 

7. How does beneFIT track my steps?

beneFIT will sync your steps from Google Fit and IOS Health Kit. It's easy and friendly. Android users need to have access to their Google Account and allow permission access to retrieve step data into the app.

 

8. Can participants get disqualified?

Participants registering multiple accounts on the same device is not allowed according to beneFIT policies. If this occurs, the user's accounts will be suspended and they will be disqualified from the challenge, without a refund of their subscription. 

 

9. How do I unsubscribe from a subscription package?
